Guided mission tours are BACK!!!

1:00 p.m. Wednesday-Sunday (October through May)

11:00 a.m. wednesday-Sunday (June through September)

 Tour guides will lead you through the historic buildings as they bring them to life with the stories of mission life and the people who once lived here. The 1 ½ to 2 hour tour covers approximately 1 mile thru rustic terrain, stairs and doorways. Most buildings are accessible; persons with special needs should contact park staff at (805)735-2174 or for information on tours or reservations email lapurisimamission@gmail.com

Self-Guided Mission Tours

La Purísima Mission State Historic Park is open nearly every day for self-guided tours. Maps for self-guided tours are available at the Visitor Center (open 10-4 Tuesday – Saturday and 12-4 Sundays) and La Tienda, the Gift Shop.
